Please be aware that due to the location of the property a car is highly desirable for guest’s convenience to the many amenities in the centre of Porlezza as well for ease of movement between both lakes.

Also situated in the residence is a well positioned Mountain View swimming pool with large sunny terrace with sun loungers, making it an idyllic setting to enjoy a good book or glass of wine?

Porlezza, which sits on the eastern banks of Lake Lugano is surrounded by lush green mountains, making it a popular destination for walkers, hikers and cyclists. There are many local amenities on the doorstep in the town centre such a supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and clothes shops, as well as many interesting historical places for visitors to explore, such as the Porlezza village of Cima which features the ruins of an ancient fortress.

For nature lovers, the nature reserve of Lago di Piano is situated just a 10 minute drive away and is a wonderful place to enjoy a picnic and to cycle.

The cosmopolitan and sophisticated Swiss city of Lugano is situated very nearby and offers beautiful open piazzas, wonderful shopping boulevards, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, casinos, night clubs and high fashion label designer shops.

Lake Como can be easily reached by car in just 20 minutes and offers breathtaking scenery, romantic villas, Italian gardens and pretty resort lakeside towns such as Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The world renowned Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf club is located here as well and there are many beautiful agroturismo and famous restaurants to dine at, lake walks to enjoy, lidos with beaches, ferry trips and visitor attractions to keep you busy!

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Additional Facilities

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
